IT, being a brand-new industry, owns broad and promising future in this century. As a low-contamination, low-consumption and high-employment industry, not only does IT increase the effective of economical operation of the whole nation to large extent, it's also able to form large-scale industry in order to drag the index of economy of nation into higher level. With the development of information technology, IT will become one of the yard-sticks which are used to measure the comprehensive power of a nation.
