Establishment And Analysis Of Land USE Patterns In Modern Agricultural Park

The construction of agricultural land use pattern is the core and basis for the development of modern agricultural zone and land transfer. Based on local agriculture and economic-society development, we proposed the programming objective of modern agricultural zone and thereafter analyzed the advantages and limiting factors of modern agricultural zone development in Dainan town, Xinghua County. In this study, therefore, we primarily focused on the construction of various agricultural land use patterns, pursuing the objective of high efficient agriculture and eco-agriculture with high quality and yield, and high efficiency and environment-friendly. The construction of various agricultural land use patterns was complied by the zone development thread of guided by representatives, developed by sites to area, and throughout and sustainable development. The results are as follows:(1) Cultivation pattern for high quality and yield of organic rice. According to the production technique, management guidelines, and safety standards of organic rice paddies, the organic rice farm was developed from high quality rice production of200hectares through chicken-rice and pig-firedamp-rice complex cropping systems.(2) Cultivation pattern for flower and tree seedlings nursery cropping. Flower nursery demonstration farm was developed from40hectares nursery farm through modern greenhouse flower cultivation technique, high-yield cultivation technique, flowering stage adjustment technique, and combination technique of flower and tree seedling cultivars.(3) Cultivation pattern for local special vegetable cropping. We established65hectares red pepper,35hectares greenhouse vegetable and20hectares glasshouse vegetable production farm, which is based on modern facilities such as greenhouse and glasshouse, coupled with non-pollution, green and organic vegetable production technique, clean production technique and high-quality environment-friendly agriculture patterns.(4) Stereo-pattern for crop cultivation and breed aquatics. The local special breed aquatics systems were established from the current20hectares aquatics systems, focusing on stereo-patterns, such as35hectares crab-rice-shrimp systems and chicken-dock-rice systems, grape-onion complex systems, grape-water-saving rice complex systems.(5) Agricultural pattern for leisure touring. The leisure touring village was established in this modern agricultural zone, including flower and tree seedling nursery components and stereo-agricultural patterns. The village touring pattern was developed by sightseeing plus village complex and waster water control and management.Overall, the construction and development of the above five agricultural land use patterns have strengthened eco-, econ-and soci-effects on modern agriculture zone in Dainan town, Xinghua County. Specifically, in the view of ecological effects, agricultural and countryside pollution was effectively controlled; cycling agriculture and ecological agriculture were primarily established; and eco-agricultural touring function was fully taken into effective. Over the respective of economy, we achieved increases in crop yield, agricultural resource use efficiency and farmer incomes. Ecological effects were remarkably strengthened, such as the development of agricultural professional organization, agricultural facilities construction, farmer working positions and agricultural product brands.
