As the development of Electronic commerce, the role of e-commerce becomes increasingly apparent in the national economy. C2C mode and B2C mode are two mainstream modes in the electronic commerce market. The C2C model start earlier and occupy large share, it make a significant contribution to the popularity of e-commerce in China. The B2C model also develops rapidly. It is an integral part of China’s e-commerce as well. With the collaboration of C2C and B2C mode, they play an important role in adjusting the industrial structure and promoting the economic transformation.Now the electronic commerce presents new trends.C2C mode is closer to the B2C mode. In the process of development of C2C mode, there are more and more problems to appear. Credit problems which become a bottleneck restricts its further development. The first-mover advantage of C2C model no longer exists.C2C market is slow to develop. On the contrary, the B2C market has rapid development.B2C model is more prominent in improving credibility and profitability. Not only traditional B2C businesses have further development, but also the traditional C2C businesses toward to B2C market. Under this background, the development trend of transition from C2C to B2C mode is more and more obvious. The latest trends of e-commerce model transformation have important significance.This paper mainly studies the issues related to transformation of C2C mode to B2C mode. At present there are few researches on e-commerce model transformation, mostly from the view of credit evaluation or comparison of the two modes to study.This paper firstly introduces the theory foundation of the research and related concepts. It also analyzes the present situation and development trend of e-commerce. The two kinds of mode are compared. It also discusses the reasons of the transformation from C2C mode to B2C mode. Then it analyzes the basic principle and related parameters of the model transformation, defines the exact definition of each parameters. Because it involves many uncertain parameters, this paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine the function of each parameter in the process of transition. It constructs evaluation factor set and evaluation set. It determines the weights of evaluation factors by analytic hierarchy process. It determines the membership of the indicators to the evaluation set by questionnaire and establishes the single factor fuzzy evaluation. On the basis, it begins the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation of each index, one fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of second indicators and two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the first level index. Finally, the index importance, the index membership degree and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are analyzed. It also puts forward relevant suggestions to the transformation from C2C mode to B2C mode.The transformation from C2C mode to B2C mode is the new trend of the development of e-commerce. This thesis is based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative method to construct the index system of the transformation and the evaluation model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The current research on this area is relatively less, but the transformation has become an inevitable trend of the development of e-commerce.B2C mode is playing an increasingly prominent role in increasing profitability and promoting the development of our national economy.
