The Research Of Social Security Problem Of Landless Peasants In Hohhot Suburbs

Industrialization and urbanization is the sign of the progress of humancivilization, is also a necessary process that a country enters the modernsociety. At present, China has developed into a new period of urbanization.There is an undisputed fact that a large number of rural lands will becomeurban land, and this number will continue to grow. Urbanization concerns thedevelopment of industrialization as well as the development of modernagriculture. With the acceleration of urbanization, the problem of landlesspeasants will be the primary concerned and solved. The core problem ofpassive landless peasants is the survival and the development of themselves.When their security rights and interests are damaged, they face huge lifepressure but express limited. It is the helplessness of this vulnerable group.Therefore, the rights and interests of landless peasants’ problem is a serioussocial problem, and how to properly solve these problems has been an urgentsocial issue.In this thesis, with the new public service theory as the theoretical tool,the author takes Hohhot suburbs as an example, uses the quantitative literatureanalytic method, questionnaire method and quantitative and qualitativeanalysis method, sorts out the related statements about the perspective ofpolitics, society, law, management and other aspects of protecting the interestsof peasants. By combing and analyzing the statements, good governanceunder the view of protecting peasants ’ rights and interests of the mechanismcould be constructed. Through the field investigation on landless peasants inHohhot, this paper did a deep analysis on their present situation of productionand life, current situation of social security, the existing problems and causes, and finally on this basis, the paper put some feasibility suggestion on how toperfect the social security system of those presents. It is the author’s hope thatthis thesis could provide some help for government departments to developrelevant policy, and provide some reference value for construction of moderncapital city in the future.
