A Study On The Current Status, Problems, And Its Future Development Strategy Of Peasant’s Training In Modern Agriculture Technology In Chaohu

Modern agriculture technology is a technology which uses mechanization and electrification instead of traditional manual. It can help peasants to increase income, raise the quality of agriculture goods. In the progress of developing modern agriculture economy, it needs the new peasants of high quality. China is a big country on agriculture. There are so many peasants, so the quality of peasants decides the level of Chinese economy and social development. Also it affects the sustained economic development of all the country. Therefore, improving the quality of peasants plays an important role in developing modern agriculture. And a good way of improving the quality of peasants is training. It can help peasants to creative their mind, improve the quality of peasants, improve the ability of using modern agriculture technology. Developing modern agriculture economy needs higher quality peasants. Therefore studying the statement and strategy of taking part in the modern agriculture training is playing an important role in developing our agriculture economy.The thesis firstly makes the expatiation on the basis theories by using theories of human resources, education invest and profit, lifelong education, learning by doing, at the same time, it definites the relevant concepts on the research, such as peasant, peasant education, education and training, modern agriculture technology and so on. In the next place the thesis introduces the status and the experience that can be used for reference from other foreign developed countries by using paper materials and find out five experience in training:such as government values the training and ensure training work by laying down law; government founds a completely system of training; government give some money for training; the training if fit for the demand of peasants. Thirdly, making use of the questionnaire and investigate470peasants in two agriculture county of CHAOHU. According to the investigation, it analyzes the status in peasant’s diathesis such as moral and technological diathesis, as well as the peasants’requirement such as the training service they need and the time that they are pleasant to accept; then the status in peasant’s training development in CHAOHU. And it analyses the first-hand statistics by the model of logistic, knowing the facts of affecting peasants’mind in taking part in the training, such as age, education, cognition, demand and so on. Besides, it knows the training activity by looking out materials, such as labor diverted training activity, peasant undertaking training, labor’s skilled training, special skill training, and new peasants training. Then it puts forward the problems existing in peasant’s training in CHAOHU such as multi-leading management, shortage of utilizing training resources integration, lack of training expenses, divorce of training supply and demand. Finally, the thesis tables the proposals to guarantee the sustainable development of peasants’training, such as set up law safeguard system, durative finance mechanism and training performance evaluation mechanism; pick up the construction of training base and teachers; found up some training place to develop agriculture economic.
