The Research On Credit Risk Management Of Heze Ural Credit Union

With the development of the economy, Rural Credit Union(RCU)is playingmore and more important role in agricultural supports. Rural financial market is stillin the less developed stage in China. The risk management is the main business ofRCU.From the overall perspectives of risk identification, risk measurement and risk prevention,this paper explores the management of credit risk problems in heze RCU, I proposeeffective solution to improve asset quality, which is significant to accelerate thedevelopment of land economy in the county and to build a socialist harmonioussociety.It is divides into five parts. The first chapter introduces the background andmeaning of the paper; The second chapter is theoretical overview about the riskmanagement and measure methods research situation at home and abroad; The thirdchapter is the analysis of business loans credit risk of heze RCU with Credit Risk+model; The fourth chapter is the counter measures on the credit risk control of hezeRCU; The final chapter conclude.In the paper, Taking small and micro businesses loan of heze RCU for example,is analyzed by the method of IRB, to find causes of condition that asset is in risk. Ihope that this paper would prove reference to the development of RCU and be usefulfor deep reform of rural financial institutions.
