The Study Of Suppliers’ Selection And Evaluation For IT Company Under Supplier Chain Circumstances

With economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the environment of business changed a lot. In order to remain core competence, more and more IT companies selected outsourcing strategies to reduce product costs, and to improve product development rate. At the same time, the issues of suppliers’selection and evaluation are becoming increasingly evident.First, the paper introduces the domestic and foreign research of suppliers selection and evaluation, and describes the content and methods of this study. Then, the author analyses the problems and factors of suppliers’ selection and evaluation, and highlights the principles, methods and processes. After elaborating the current frequently-used methods of supplier select and evaluate the author focus on analysis based on expert experience of synthetic weighting method in IT enterprise supplier selection and evaluation. Finally, as an example of the QISDA, the paper details how to use the synthetic weighting method to select and evaluate suppliers, and determines the feasibility of this method in this field.Innovation of this paper is the introduction of the analysis model based on expert experience to select and evaluate supplier by synthetic weighting method, and analyzing its use on IT company. Combined with the author’s own experience, the paper had demonstrated the feasibility of this approach. And the results of this research can be used for the following study.
