Research On Enterprise Culture Construction Of Private Enterprise Group

Chinese private enterprise groups are the product of the continual development and grandness for private economy along with the process of economic system reform. Particularly after the 15th Party Congress, the policy and system environment which restricts the development of the private economic has been improved continually; the status and role of Chinese the private economy has been enhanced; the private economy has also made significant headway.This thesis started off from the goal of further promoting sustainable and healthy development for Chinese private economy. And it adopted the principles of enterprise management science and economic science, the theories of enterprise culture and enterprise management. Furthermore, according to the actual situation of Chinese private enterprise groups, the enterprise culture construction of private enterprise groups was studied systematically. The existent problems of private enterprise groups were put forward, and then the causes of these problems were analyzed. On this basis, the contents of the enterprise culture construction for private enterprise groups were discussed from four aspects: the spirit culture construction, the system culture construction, the behavior culture construction and the material culture construction. Finally, the effective ways of sustained development for the private enterprise groups were put forward.So according to above-mentioned analysis, a more complete operation and management model on enterprise culture construction is put forward for the private enterprise groups which are on the stage of re-creation. Then the theory guidance is provided for enterprise culture construction of private enterprise groups. It can be also used as reference for the private enterprise groups which has already formed a certain enterprises culture.
