Therefore, the implementation of the industrial structure adjustment is an important task of Shenyang Economic Zone before various cities of for a time.This paper in the background, Analysis based on the existing industrial structure optimization techniques, while avoiding many biased in the study of the current regional industrial structure optimization, first to build a "1+5+N," the industrial structure analysis and optimization of the basic ideas and theoretical models, and coordinated development model, three axis graph method, the gray relational model, and shift share analysis model and Moran ’I coefficient and analysis methods, from industrial structure overall analysis, five oriented research, the difference analysis of the counties three large aspects, it studies the industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone, and finally, the paper discusses the effective strategy of the regional industrial structure optimization.This paper contains five chapters, rough content as follows:The first chapter is introduction.
