Henan Province Comprehensively Building A Moderately Prosperous Society In Quantitative Analysis

"Building a well-being society on full scale" was raised by the President Jiang ZeMin at the 16th Conference of CPC. But the urgent question is how to evaluate the well-being society on full scale in theory and practice. While Henan province is the largest population and the great agriculture one in China, whose degree and process is directly concern to whether China' s relevant targets is realized. So it is very significant to do the deeply quantitative research into the course of building a well-being society on full scale in Henan province.The paper firstly analyzes the research purpose and meaning, the research ideas and methods, the basic framework of the paper, the key questions to be resolved and innovative contents.In chapter 2, the paper analyzes deeply the scientific implication of building a well-being society on full scale. Firstly it reviews and evaluates the well-being thoughts in the traditional culture, then analyzes Deng XiaoPing' s thought of the well-being society and Jiang ZeMin' s thought of building a well-being society on full scale. In the last it analyzes the scientific implication from both the strategic targets and the implication of the concept on building a well-being society on full scale.In chapter 3, the paper reviews and analyzes the historic course and present situation of building a well-being society on full scale in Henan province.
