Corporate culture as a subject of the rise, causes widespread concern in thebusiness community and academia and research。Fundamental reason is becauseCorporate culture gives companies inject vitality, and it brings to the enterprise’stangible and intangible, economic and social benefits. Corporate culture has become thepromotion of economic growth, business performance and effective means and spiritualpower.With the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more enterprises attachgreat importance to building enterprise development strategy, but also thecompetitiveness of enterprises have begun to realize not only to rely on scientificmanagement, advanced technology, talents, etc. to build their own characteristics andadvantages. With the expansion of the scope of competition among enterprises, thecompetition is not only the market share, capital of competition or brand competition.the more important is the intrinsic values of corporate competition. Therefore,construction companies must have its own unique corporate culture, by strengtheningthe building of enterprise culture, shaping the distinctive characteristics of theenterprises in the community and establish a good corporate image, enhance visibilityand reputation for enterprise development to create a good environment.First, the background of construction enterprise culture is introduced, and thepurpose and significance of the thesis, research content, method, technology roadmap,and innovation of this paper are put forward. The research status on both measurementscale and evaluation of corporate culture, and relationship between corporate cultureand organizational performance is also presented.Secondly, on the basis of literature and field research, the culture questionnaire oflarge state-owned enterprise is identified via sample analysis. The multi-dimensionallarge state-owned enterprise culture measurement model is summarized finally throughdata processing, providing a reliable reference for following optimization of culturalsystem in large state-owned construction enterprises.Finally, the scale and the model proposed in this dissertation is applied to theconstruction enterprises. Improvements for building the company’s corporate culture aresuggested after evaluation.
