Abstract/Summary:
As a new type of re-cycling energy, wind turbine generator has been extended toall over the world as soon as it appears. The everlasting and no pollution energyimpress the policy maker and environment protector deeply. Gearbox is the keycomponent of the wind turbine generator. Its high unit price and high maintenance andreplacement fee in wind farm have caused more and more concerns in the industry. Sohow to improve Gearbox’s quality under the background of localization is veryimportant. The author chooses this topic to study.In researching, the thesis combines six sigma management thought and qualityimprovement method. Implement following PDCA steps. Plan---Set up target andimprovement project. Choose Y company gearbox local parts quality verification andtest system reliability as research subject; Do---Make the plan in detail and carry outthe plan. Define experiment based on product function and control status, makeexperiment and analyze experiment data, draw a conclusion and propose improvementactivities; Check---Verify the actions taken are effective or not. Check whetherprocess or product’s quality has been further improved; Act---Summarize experienceand lesson and standardize activity. Standardize operation and inspection instructionand follow it to continually meet customer requirement.The thesis realizes two goals: Local prototype parts quality is verified and itsfurther improvement items are defined; Gearbox test system reliability is verified andits further improvement direction is pointed out.
