China’s economic development mode refers to the content of the concept of economicdevelopment, development strategies, and develop institutional, specifically it is certain stylewhich constituted in the form of various national economic components and adjustment ofeconomic operation mechanism. Generally it experienced four stages: planned economy period,the beginning of transition economic system, the market economy system and the comprehensiveconstruction period of economic system.The U.S. model of economic development forKeynesian theory of state intervention, it is overall generalization about the American way ofeconomic development, economic system, economic operation mechanism of. It is a free-marketcapitalist economic model. It experienced three stages for Manchester mode, the Roosevelt eramode and Reagan Thatcher era mode. Compared with the two modes by advantages anddisadvantages, background,characteristic and social system, we can find “Chinese model”displayed superiority than capitalist system, and the economic crisis in the capitalist privateownership is inevitable. The two modes should insist on learning from each other. Based on twokinds of model background, main features, social system, advantages and disadvantages ofcomparison, I find the "China model" have shown the superiority of the socialist system and thecapitalist economic crisis under the private ownership of the unavoidability. The U.S.-Chinaeconomic development mode is not between the opposite sides, because the relationship of trade,capital and technology. In order to form a win-win situation, China and the United States shouldadhere to study with each other and complement each other. That is the thought idea which of"China model" pregnant.
