Analysis On Development Of Tourism And Labor Employment In Mei Zhou

The positive effects on employment of tourism get more and more attention in domesticregions, especially in rural areas which tourism employment is closely related to the “Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer” issues. Thus, increasing labor employment through the development oftourism industry becomes the situation.The rapid growth of tourism not only plays a significant role in promoting the greendevelopment of rural areas’ particularly underdeveloped mountainous economy, whichtransforms the advantages of landscape cultural recourse into the important force that acceleratethe development of green economy, but also provides new means for the rural labor transfer aswell as the quality of labor employment.The paper analyzes systematically and empirically the effect and potential of tourismemployment in Mei Zhou by using the methods of econometrics and deviation analysis, thenfinds the issues of impacting sustainable tourism employment in the tourism labor employmentprocess, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
