The thesis constructs the effectiveness mechanism model of Social network to the businessmarketer’s career success, according to the social network theory. At the same time, the paperhas verified the relations among variables by using factorial analysis and regression analysis(etc.), in forms of data collecting by questionnaire.There are Seven Chapters in this thesis. The First Chapter is introduction, in which mainlyintroduce the research background, the significance as well as the research approach and thewriting frame. Chapter Two is literature review, which tries to carding and summarizes theachievements of scholars in this area both abroad and at home. The Third Chapter is theoreticalmodel and research hypothesis, which puts forward the theoretical model and researchhypothesis on the basis of existing literature review. Then the Fourth Chapter is the measurementvariable and the prediction of small sample, which probes into the operational definition of avariable and measuring tool, and also makes predictions of the small sample. In Chapter Five,mainly makes some investigations of the large sample and the analysis of data, includingquestionnaire returns、descriptive statistical analysis、reliability analysis、validity analysis、hypothesis testing and main conclusions. Chapter Six is relevant strategy, which is managementstrategy of the business marketer’s career success based on social network. At the end of thispaper, summarizes innovative points, points out the limitations and prospects the followingresearch.By empirical analysis, this thesis draws conclusions as follows:(1)Business marketer in allaspects, including the network size、 heterogeneity of education level、 heterogeneity ofoccupation、network density、relationship strength are all have a great influence on its networkbenefits(resource and the obtaining of career support).(2)The resource and career support, whichare business marketers obtained have a significant impact on career success(competitiveness atboth internal and external organization, and also the occupational satisfaction).(3)Networkbenefits have a partial intermediary role between aspects of social network(except heterogeneityof age)and business marketer’s career success.
