In the modern market environment, the relationship between the enterprise and the outside world has become complicated, the flow of information, the flow of capital and flow of logistics is no longer a one traditional linear relationship.A variety of enterprise networks have been formed. Therefore,This article from the enterprise network perspective, discusses the business ecosystem evolution process in different stage, focuses on the analysis and the possible network characteristics of the various stages of the problem, and puts forward some possible solutions to solve the problem. In this paper, using the analysis method of complex network, production network mainly focused on the existence of management mechanism as directors of the network and the actual production of the product at the same time, involving funds for investment, investment and relationship capital network. An automobile manufacturing enterprise,TOYOTA as an example, from 1986,1994,2002,2010,four different time nodes across the network data in 24 years, through the construction of network topology, network centrality analysis, structure analysis, analysis of small groups, small world effect analysis, analysis and linear relation between different networks the development of TOYOTA's business ecosystem 24 years divided into three different stages:1986 to 1994,is the rapid development of the core business of TOYOTA automotive business ecosystem.During the production of the network, the degree of centrality of greater than 10 of the size of the backbone of the members increased by an increase of 107,an increase of up to 162.1%,while the central point of the network of directors of a significant decline in the level of;1994 to 2002,is the adjustment and consolidation period of TOYOTA automotive business ecosystem.During the same period, the director of the network size of 1994 to 2002 from the growth of 49 to 60,the degree of narrowing the center of the center, the number of high school central enterprises increased significantly. But at the same time the production enterprise network intermediate potential fell sharply, reaching 44.22%,the main members of the network constantly adjusted, the centrality index aixinjingji jumped sharply; From 2002 to 2010,TOYOTA's business ecosystem got a whole balanced development. In this time, the scale of the core enterprise and the gap-type enterprise of the production enterprise network developed evenly, the gap between the high degree of central enterprises significantly reduced. As the center of the middle of the board to continue to shrink, more companies have the right to speak on the control of the flow of resources. In the 24 years, the network of directors and the network of capital and its production enterprises have a linear correlation, which is the most relevant relationship between the network of directors and the the network of capital. Most of the enterprises in the capital network, especially high school heart-degree enterprises, are the same as the board of directors network enterprise. On the other hand, although the directors of network scale and the high degree centrality of enterprise in 2002 to 8 years in 1994 have achieved rapid development, but the capital network regardless of size, network structure, high degree of enterprise, potential heart center changes are showing the overall stability of the state. As a result,as the one management mechanism, the board of directors has become more mature in Toyota's commercial ecosystem.Toyota's commercial ecosystem production enterprise network, although in the cluster coefficient, can not meet the requirements of the small world network, but it is based on the production network based on division of labor. It is a global random, locally regular network with small world effects.
