With the continuous advancement of science and technology, and the increasingdegree of economic globalization, the knowledge-based economy is in rapiddevelopment, and the enterprise management activities and resource distribution haveemerged in the trend of globalization. Meanwhile, the traditional static simplecorporate environment is instead of uncertain dynamic complex environment. In orderto adapt to the internal and external complex environment, enterprises are compelled tothe establishment of dynamic alliance partnership in the fierce competition, focusingon production capacity of the core technology instead of the market price competition.Knowledge, especially tacit knowledge, is more important source of competitiveadvantage than the traditional land, labor, and capital. Therefore, the study of theinternal and external enterprise knowledge management to enhance the corecompetitiveness of enterprises, such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing andknowledge transferring, have become an important issue of the business communityand academia as well as the key to the enterprise sustainable development. Tomanufacturing enterprises, how do they integrate the knowledge resources foreffectively with industry characteristics and enterprise core competence in the complexinternal and external environment, and determine the critical knowledge that couldaffect the manufacturing performance. These are the exact problems that thisdissertation needs to study.This article is based on, manufacturing team in the production unit inmanufacturing enterprises. With the analysis of knowledge factors in the productionunit and the influencing mechanism with manufacturing performance, the study build amodel of knowledge with manufacturing performance. The main researches andconclusions are as follows:According to the complex characteristics of the environment and thecharacteristics of the production unit, the article studied the distribution of knowledgein the production units in the complex environment from five areas "Man-Machine-Material-Law-Environment".With the combination of knowledge connotation and characteristics, the articlemade a further integration of knowledge within the production unit from two aspectsincluding the characteristics and levels of knowledge. Then the article analyzed the relationship between six dimensions knowledge and manufacturing performance.The article established the knowledge factors set through the former research andexperiments. Among the knowledge factors, the article summarize the three levels ofnine key knowledge factors through methods such as questionnaire investment, factoranalysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and correlation analysis.The article proposed the connotation of the production unit manufacturingperformance and ultimately established two key manufacturing performance factors ofproduction unit through the methods of questionnaire investment, statistical analysis.With the research on the influencing mechanisms of knowledge and productionunit manufacturing performance, and the use of structural equation modeling theory,the article established path and impact models of knowledge and manufacturingperformance.Of course, due to the limited level of academic knowledge, there are still a lot ofissues worth exploring in the research on the influencing factors and action mechanismmodel of knowledge on manufacture efficiency in complex environment, and theresearches are in need of continuous development and improvement in businesspractice.
