Research On Conti Testing Team Long Term Efficiency

In this paper, how to keep testing team long term efficient are described based onthe author’s working experience in motor electronic product company Conti. In thecompany, there are several departments which are human resource, productiondepartment, quality department, testing engineering, IE department etc. The testingengineering are responsible for the testing systems, the high quality design of systemsand stability of those systems is very important for the high quality product. How tokeep team long term efficiency is the key factor for new product introduction, lowscrap rate and high efficiency of production.Three parts which is related with keeping team efficient is under discussion ofthe paper. First one is the team performance management systems. Based on thehuman resource knowledge gotten in MBA classes, the performance managementimportance to the team, how to make a sounding performance management and howto implement are listed. Part two are works about the maintenance of production line.In production line the ideas about how to improve production line status are veryimportant. How to manage those ideas and how to incent team to come out morewonderful ideas are described, thus keep team high efficiency. Total ProductiveMaintenance is also described in this part. Implement TPM by team is a very hard andimportant job in production line. The part three is related with new product testsystems design jobs. Building rules about how to implement those new projectbuilding can reduce risk guiding team work more efficiently and leading wonderfuljob.
