| Income distribution gap has always been a big issue during the process ofeconomic development, the equality of distribution is one of the goals of the economicresearch. In the process of the development of the economic society, considerationsshould been given to both fairness and efficiency, not biased. For30years, after China’sreform and opening up, our economic developments have made brilliant achievements:economic growth remains in high-speed level; national income per head has came intothe middle-income country club; the total amount of import and export trade and foreignexchange reserves have became the first of the world. However, behind the outstandingachievements, there are some contradictions and problems, especially the incomedistribution gap problem. Not only China’s gini coefficient level is concerned, but alsothe gap between urban and rural areas, the gap of different industries, especially the gapbetween labor income and capital income are threating the steady of society. It cannotbe delayed to solve the problem of income distribution gap.Through the general logic analysis of the relationship of income distribution gapand economic growth, we find that economic growth will accompany the expansion ofincome distribution disparity and the appropriate income distribution gap will in turnpromote economic growth. We choose some typical countries, such as Russia, Asia"four" and Japan, analyzing their economic growth and income distribution in thesecountries or regions, which high-speed economic growth and small income distributiongap exist at the same time. Such income distribution situations are benefited fromgovernment’s control and regulate. From the experience of these countries, we can seethat keeping economic growth needs the adjustment of income distribution, to ensurethe sustainability of economic growth. The conditions of economic growth and incomedistribution in China reflect the particularity of the connection of both. Rapid economicgrowth and income distribution gap continuing to expand coexist in our country. Inorder to better summarize the relevance of economic growth and income distributiongap, we analyse the reasons for both China’s economic growth and income distributiongap, finding there are overlaps in both the formation mechanism, that is, the reasons foreconomic growth also lead to the expansion of income distribution disparity, such is theinternal logic of both the embodiment of relevance. Since the formation reasons existthe internal relationship between economic growth and income distribution gap, thenthe adjustment of the income distribution gap has a positive effect on the economic growth. Reasonable and health income distribution mechanism will promote theeconomic growth and become the motive of the economic growth. According to thepractical experience of other countries adjusting income distribution and the reasons ofour country’s income distribution disparity, we targeted propose suggestions to ourcountry’s income distribution, and gradually perfecting our income distributionadjustment mechanism. We provide a guarantee system and a new economic growthpoint through the adjustment of the distribution of income in China’s, and at the sametime ensuring that the results of economic growth to better benefit common people, thenachieving win-win of the fairness and efficiency. |
