Along with the global competition and rapid development of science andtechnology level, the modern management is also in constant improvement anddevelopment, more and more companies have started to use the supply chainmanagement strategy. Supply chain partner relationship plays a very important role,it directly decides the supply chain the full power of the competition in the supplychain management. Manufacturing enterprises are more willing to establish thisstrategy cooperation relationship with suppliers, for using and integratingoutstanding external resources and improving its competitive ability. Established astrategic cooperation can reduce the cost of choice waste of manufacturingenterprises in many times. suppliers will be supplying materials and parts morestrictly and timely, because the strategic cooperation is the mutual reciprocity andbenefit, shareing common interests. So that the production operation of themanufacturing enterprise will be able smooth and efficient, for both and even thewhole supply chain bring great benefits. Choosing appropriate supplier partners is avery important decision process, needing appropriate effective way to help decision.Through the research, this paper put forword a mathematical model whichcombinated trapezoidal fuzzy number and group decision-making with compromisemodel base on FMADM, for evaluating optional partners. Through the research andvisiting survey, found that manufacturing enterprises begin with the five aspectswhen they choosing a supplier strategy partner. The five aspects are cooperationwilling, enterprise ability, cooperation efficiency, service ability and cooperationcost. In order to evaluate the quantitative analysis of problem that the manufacturingenterprises to select suppliers strategic cooperation partners, the paper designed tenevaluation index system which extended from the five aspects. It will be better tohelp decision makers reduce the decision error and make a reasonable choice.Finally, with a manufacturing enterprises to select suppliers strategic cooperationpartners for example, putting the proposed model applied to it. Obtained the bestchoice in the end.
