Although there is no obvious financial crises and large-scale bankbankrupt in the process, but the financial industry especially as China’s commercialbanks, there are many disturbing factors, seriously affect the stability of the financialsystem, even endanger the stability and security of the nation. Therefore, commercialbanks must fully recognize the lack of risk management, improve the risk preventionmeasures in a timely manner, to explore suitable for the development of thecommercial bank risk management system, promote the development of the financialindustry.
