China's Commercial Banks Operational Risk Management Study

In the current Government's investment-driven economic development, increase the real economy, "San Nong", small-and medium-size enterprise financial services background, and market risk, credit risk than operational risk management of China's commercial banks are facing many new challenges and to carry out in-depth study and propose coping strategies, with important theoretical and practical significance.This study used empirical analysis, a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and comparative research methods, combined with its state-owned banks and joint-stock banks work practice and personal experience in the field of domestic and foreign commercial banks, operational risk on the basis of academic research results, taking into account the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision and the China Banking Regulatory Commission for commercial bank operational risk provisions of the relevant documents, contact the actual operation and management of China's commercial banks, from both theory and practice are described in detail the risks of commercial banks, one of the three operations risk management.This paper first theoretically from the concept, characteristics, types,affection, and other factors described in the operation of commercial banks face risks, and on this basis, through the presentation of analysis of foreign operational risk management research and practical experience and China's commercial banks operational risk management research results and practices, clearly put forward a sound operational risk management system and process the proposal, noting that the strengthening of internal control is critical to reducing operational risk commercial banks can play a decisive role.
