Opportunities for innovation management is a complex system of managementengineering. Continuous and effective opportunities for innovation management,especially for the effective management of the enterprise survival and sustainabledevelopment of the crucial innovation strategic opportunities, will be able to clear thedirection of innovation, a clear enterprise innovation path, targeted accumulation,improve and the use of innovative resources and capabilities of the enterprise, the greatenterprise resource savings, corporate savings time, broaden the space for thedevelopment of enterprises. At present, the enterprise continued innovation strategicopportunity management theory, systematic, guidance is not strong; refining practice,summed up the strategy of continuous innovation opportunity management experience ina one-sided, piecemeal, neither system, science applied to the enterprise’s own day-to-dayoperating activities other enterprises difficult to learn and use, and contribute to thecountry’s economic development. The strategic opportunities of sustainable innovationmanagement theory and the specific practice can not be an effective combination ofrestricting the sustainable development of China’s enterprises to some extent, to deepenunderstanding of the management of strategic opportunities for continued innovation andsustainable innovation strategic opportunities for sustained and effective management hasbecome an urgent need to address enterprise issues.In this paper, see and learn from existing continuous innovation and opportunitymanagement literature based on sustainable innovation process management of strategicopportunities, according to the characteristics of the continuous innovation of enterprisesthat also includes the search for strategic opportunities, evaluation of strategic opportunities, the use of strategic opportunities andstrategic opportunity to create afour-part, and that by increasing the enterprise information management strategy canimprove the ability to obtain and the ability to identify strategic opportunities in theprocess of its continuous innovation of search and the ability to forecast the long-termgoal of continuous innovation through the establishment of enterprisesthe establishmentof multi-project coordination group, the use of scientific evaluation criteria, the use ofexisting risk assessment and cost analysis model of management strategies for scientificevaluation of the value of strategic opportunities in sustainable innovation process, byactively promotingbusiness executives and team learning of key personnel, andconstantly changes in the situation to establish efficient and rational organization,focusing on the establishment of emergency response agencies in response to the crisismanagement strategy can effectively grasp and take advantage of strategic opportunitiesin sustainable innovation process, throughfoster entrepreneurship, correctly handlemergers and behavior in the process of sustainable innovation, innovation anddevelopment, and innovation in the development of management strategies can createstrategic opportunities in sustainable innovation process. Entrepreneurship, corporateorganization and corporate culture construction three aspects to improve opportunities forstrategic management approach of sustainable innovation process.
