Research On Knowledge Management In Continuous Product Innovation

By the coming of knowledge economics, the complexity of technology, thechange of market and the variety of customer have brought about lots of challenges tothe product innovation management. How to foster the continuous innovation abilityhas been the hot topic. Continuous product innovation is the theory about this. Itincludes the theory of knowledge management, business process reengineering andvalue chain. But in these days, uncertain is the only certain factor. The knowledge hasbecome the core competition factor. The quantity of enterprise knowledge and thelevel of knowledge management influence the competition ability. So it is meaningfulto research the knowledge management in continuous product innovation. This thesiswants to study knowledge transfer process, knowledge share mechanism, theimplementation of knowledge management, knowledge management informationsystem and the methods of system implementation.The main contents and innovation in this paper are listed as fellows:1.This thesis studies the continuous product innovation model and discusses thismodel base on single continuous product innovation management, and compares thedifference between continuous product innovation and traditional product innovation.2. This thesis researches the knowledge management process: knowledgecollection and coding, accumulation and storage, share and transfer, innovation andincrement. This thesis also studies the knowledge transfer process between threeproducts innovation based on one example and analyses knowledge share beat processbetween knowledge staff and the share prompting mechanism based on game theory.3. This thesis analyses the CIMA model and discusses the implementation ofknowledge management by the research of management methods, knowledgemanagement behaviors and abilities, performance management and contigency. Thisthesis also analyses the knowledge management system and correlative technologyand the methodology of system implementation.4. This thesis sets up an evaluating factors system based on balanced scorecardand analyses the methods and process of evaluating——the arithmetic of fuzzy AHP.Finally, this thesis demonstrates the evaluating process by a case.
