A Study On High-tech Enterprise’s Continuous Innovation Realization Based On Hexie Management

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the enterprises, especially high-techenterprises has become an important entity of socio-economic continuous innovation anddevelopment, and at the same time, the continuous innovation of enterprises has become a keyto innovation research of the high-tech enterprises. Now, related management research ofcontinuous innovation of high-tech enterprises is still relatively small, and lack of systematic,therefore it is valuable to study the realization method for the continuous innovation ofhigh-tech enterprises. Furthermore, exploring the rules of the realization of continuousinnovation for the high-tech enterprise is the natural choice to achieve and maintain thehealthy, effective and long-term development.On the basis of harmonious management theory, the realization problem of continuousinnovation and harmonious management for high-tech enterprises is studied in order to realizethe organic combination of continuous innovation of high-tech enterprises and the basicscientific theory of harmonious management.Firstly, we need to find out the existing problems during the process of the realization ofhigh-tech enterprises continuous innovation by the scientific and systematic investigationanalysis and understanding of the status of the high-tech enterprises continuous innovation.Secondly, combined with the premise of realization of high-tech enterprises continuousinnovation, the impact of the factors and objectives is analyzed based on the harmoniousmanagement of high-tech enterprises, and the key factors during the realization process isdetermined in order to build the running environment of continuous innovation for high-techenterprises. Thirdly, with the characteristics of China’s high-tech enterprise features, as well asits continuous innovation, countermeasures and suggestions for realization of continuousinnovation and harmonious management for high-tech enterprises are proposed to guaranteethe smooth realization of high-tech enterprises to continuous innovation.Finally, by the study of realization of continuous innovation based on the harmoniousmanagement of high-tech enterprises, not only new management methods for development ofhigh-tech enterprises are introduced, but also the ability and power of the continuousinnovation in high-tech enterprises are increased, and it is significant to make high-techenterprises own better ability to grasp the opportunity of the realization of continuousinnovation, and to sustain long-term development.
