Indonesia Cement Grinding Station Project Quality Management Research

Calling for "going out" development strategy of the country, Jidong Cement Group Co., Ltd. has contracted Heidelberg Indonesian cement grinding station project. This paper study on quality management based on this project In order to better serve the company and provide the experience about how to quality management to other companies. This paper first introduces current study of the project quality management, followed the significance of the project quality management, basic principles and methods. Based on Heidelberg cement grinding station project in Indonesia, elaborated on the operational status of the project, and introduces the project running condition and quality management rules; project construction phase:the overall planning and an overview of key equipment and quality control methods; quality control methods; experience and deficiencies. Then, according to the deficiencies, improving how to quality management system and design, how to project organization quality design and key equipment design, how to completion phase of the project, how to quality the construction and installation phase quality. In this paper, using statistical methods, quality control of the project were calculated, so that the quality of the project has a scientific basis. In addition, the paper summarizes the Heidelberg cement grinding station project experience in Indonesia revelation. Experience of enlightenment can be summarized as follows:the establishment of the project manager, responsible for the day-to-day affairs and processing project by specialized departments; to build appropriate staff incentives, improve the enthusiasm of the staff and the participation responsibility of the project quality; create effective competition mechanism, so that employees have a sense of crisis, prompting the staff to manage the quality of innovation; establish project quality defects accountable system, extending the accountability system for quality management; establishment of project Quality Management innovation Award.
