Study On The Rational Exploitation And Utilization Of Land Resources In The Yellow River Beach

With the rapid development of economy and society, the problem ofmany people and less land is particularly serious. Most areas of landresources of the Yellow River beach has abundant light and heat resourcein Jiaozuo city, through the rational exploitation and utilization, it makesthe Yellow River beach become a mode of collecting ecology, economy,feature and sightseeing agriculture. It is meaningful for study the rationalexploitation and utilization of the Yellow River beach to realize theeconomic and social sustainable development.(1) Based on the land resources use statues of the Yellow Riverbeach in Jiaozuo city, favorable and restrictive factors affecting theexploitation and utilization of the Yellow River beach are discussed, andmake an investigation and feasibility analysis on flood control standardand project, the results showed that the land resources suitable forcultivation in the Yellow River with terrain flat, multiplicity soilcomposition, rich nutrition and sufficient water source, meanwhile, various water conservancy and flood project provides flood control safetyand the rational exploitation and utilization security to beach.(2) Constructing suitable degree index assessment system ofexploitation and utilization reserved land resources suitable for cultivationusing Delphi and AHP, the related factor were analyzed. They can beclassified into three degree: the optimum, the common and the barelyaccording to evaluation and analysis. Analysis conclusion of evolutionindex system provides evidence for function division of the rationalexploitation and utilization.(3) Taking guiding ideology and basic principle of the rationalexploitation and utilization as guidance，combining with conclusion ofsuitability evaluation and according to the geographical condition and thelocal production and living habit，divides the Yellow River beach intothree regions: eco-agricultural region, sightseeing agriculture region andthe Yellow River wetland reserve.(4) Analysis problems needing attention in exploitation andutilizations，it is main to guarantee the capacity of flood control, protect the water resources and enviroment, and strenthen soil texture improment.According to the guiding ideology, basic principle and problems needingattention of the rational exploitation and utilization put forwardcorresponding countermeasures.
