Research Of Power Supply Enterprise Risk Management Under Information Environment

From1990s to present, as a representative of revolution in information technology, computer technology had a great and extensive influence on China’s economy and culture. It makes China step into information economy and knowledge economy age. In this context, information management has become one of the developing trends of contemporary enterprise management. Information is the main source of modern society and foundation of modern management. The information in the electric power industry is continually growing, brings new opportunities and challenges to modern power enterprises. The information is promoted and applied in power supply enterprise. On the one hand, it has greatly improved the working efficiency of power supply enterprise worker and information sharing intensity and power supply enterprise market competitiveness. On the other hand, it also brings new challenges to power supply enterprise risk management. The power supply enterprise exists as a bridge that link power generation enterprise and the users. It is responsible for construction of the power supply line, electricity of the recovery and accounting, and line loss of index disposing, safe production and unified dispatching basic work. Therefore, the study of power supply enterprise risk management is of great significance.In this paper, on the basis of risk factors identification in power supply enterprise under information environment, information environment risk evaluation index system is constructed. And then triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used in power supply enterprise risk evaluation. Finally, risk management strategy is put forward in power supply enterprises in current situation.First of all, the topics background and significance are analyzed and domestic and overseas research state is summarized and analyzed. The second, enterprise risk management theory is reviewed; theoretical foundation for power supply enterprise risk management is supplied. Next, based on the analysis of the power supply enterprise influence bringing by information, power supply enterprise risk factors under information environment are identified, and then information environment power supply enterprise risk evaluation index system constructed. By using of triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, power supply enterprise risk under the new situation is evaluated. Finally, some risk management strategy for China power supply enterprise under infonnationization environment is made out.
