Since China accessed to the WTO, a large number of foreign pharmaceutical companies have entered chinese market, the competition of Chinese pharmaceutical market reached a white-hot state. A lot of local pharmaceutical companies lack of R&D capabilities, they only rely on the production of generic drugs to survive, which result the phenomenon of serious drug homogenization, which result many pharmaceutical companies, especially small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies face serious challenges. In the era of both opportunities and challenges, whether chinese pharmaceutical companies seize the opportunity to win the competition in the market depend on the market trend and satisfactory of consumer s.Jiangxi Xinlin Baima Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized private enterprise of research, production and market, its products are sold through out our country, the pace of development is very rapid, firm size is increasing. But now, because of the talent with the marketing networks can not keep up the pace of development, Xinlin Baima encounter a bottle neck in the process of development and growth, and because the defects of product variety and package and propaganda,the competition of its product is small, the commercial distribution system has not yet been established.This paper will be marketing theory as a guide, introduces the internal and external environment which Xinlin Baima faced, depth profily the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages which Xinlin Baima faced, in the end, through seven areas:establish the concept of customer-centric marketing, strengthen the construction of qualified personnel in marketing, product strategy, price strategy, place strategy, promotion strategy and academic promotion to improve the management of the company’s marketing.
