The Haidilao Enterprise Culture Management Research

The term “enterprise culture” received its birth in Japan and the U.S.. With the reform andopening-up policy, Chinese business and management communities soon realized theimportance of enterprise culture. Although Chinese and oversea academics have differentdefinition of enterprise culture, one consensus agreed by all is that the right value is the coreelement of enterprise culture. With enterprise culture being the core values of all employeesand being reflected by the common acts, enterprise will have unique competitiveness andrealize strong and powerful development.This dissertation studied the corporate culture management of Haidilao. I conductedin-depth analysis about the corporate culture of Haidilao through interviews, surveys, andliterature study, as well as both Chinese and oversea enterprise culture management theories.First, I presented the basic theory of enterprise culture, introducing the beginning, structure,function and impact factors of enterprise culture. Second, I introduced the development andcurrent situation of the Haidilao enterprise culture management, with the theory of enterpriseculture. I proposed a survey based on the current situation of the Haidilao enterprise culturemanagement, conducted in-depth analysis of it, and detected its achievement and problem ofenterprise culture management. Finally, because the Haidilao enterprise culture managementhad helped it achieving such great development in the past years, the problem of currententerprise culture management also has a great impact on its development. So I conductedin-depth factor analysis on the current enterprise culture management of Haidilao, andpresented the proposal and strategy of reform. The thesis of this dissertation is how to helpHaidilao keep its reform and development with time and make its enterprise culture better suitits development.
