Modern enterprise has begun to focus on human resources management system, and the methods of planning, organization, leadership, coordination and control within the organization, optimize organizational resources in order to attract and retain qualified personnel, and to fully stimulate the existing talent in the organization potential. As the key aspects of performance management in human resources management system, human resource management plays an important role. Also it is thought as an important means of organization, department, employee goal, so the implementation of performance management has a special significance.IT enterprises as the backbone of China’s information industry, holds a very prominent position in the national economy. IT companies are knowledge-intensive high-tech enterprises, highly educated and highly skilled technical personnel is the core competitiveness of enterprises continued to the fundamental operation, performance management is a kind of method to achieve corporate strategic objectives.Managers of small and medium-sized IT companies generally accept the idea of performance management. But the actual operation of the process, the performance appraisal has been equivalent to performance management, as the result of ignoring the other aspects of the performance management, and implementation of performance management lost its’role, and that causes the frequent movement of IT professionals and key personnel loss.This article describes the status of performance appraisal of the Guangda technology company.And based on the analysis the main problems, and on the use of performance management theory, and on Guangda technology company’s development strategy, many of the recommendations improve corporate performance management system by the ways that are management of the objectives (MBO), of the key performance indicators (KPI),of the balanced scorecard (BSC), of the combination, of the decomposition of corporate strategy, on the basis of ensuring complete, and on the premise of Continued, effective and sustained implementation.In this paper, many aspects, such as the performance plan, implementation, communication, assessment, feedback, and interviews, and so on, improve the performance management of the technology companies.
