Following that, the general information are provided about this project, which provides the content for the research on the control on the schedule and quality of high voltage (220kv) transmission and power transfer in Yichuan district Luoyang City.In the end, considering the real situation of this project, this paper makes research on this matter. Through the analysis on the factor influencing schedule and drawbacks at the beginning stage of this project, the schedule control methods are made. Through the establishment of quality control system, the duty of quality control is ensured, and the quality control is defined throughout the entire whole life of this project. The above demonstration can guarantee the better control on the schedule and quality, which also provide some meaningful suggestion for the power transmission and transformation project of Luoyang Power Supply Company.
