Study On The New Rural Society Pension Insurance System Existing Problems-take The Site Of Jinzhou For Example

Social security is very important to us. At present an ageing population has become an irreversible trend and the security for the old is to be paid more attention. In China, the number of rural elders is far more than the old in city, so the aging of the rural must faster than that of the city, and the security work for the rural old-age is important and urgent.Establish and perfect a new rural social pension insurance system is one of the important tasks of our country in present stage for coordinating of urban and rural development and constructing socialist harmonious society. And it is the inevitable requirement of developing the rural economy. It is also a major step for safeguarding the elderly basic life in China.This paper used the literature research and investigation research. Firstly, it is used of the public goods theory, the social justice theory and the hierarchy theory of needs to expound the existing basis and value of the rural society pension insurance; then analyze the development process of the rural social pension insurance system, and compared the new and old system of rural society pension insurance, thus form a overall understanding about the rural society pension insurance and understand the advantage of the present system; then through the case study analysis the situation of a new rural social pension insurance system in Jinzhou, including the problems and the reasons of arising these problems, and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. I hope this research can provide ideas and improvements for the sustainable development of a new rural social pension insurance system.
