With the steady development of the world economy, international investment commercial negotiation and product exhibitions are growing and that have promoted all kinds of meetings to be an important tool for international communication. Global conference industry are vigorously. Since the 1990s, meeting industry has developed with a high speed in our country. high-level international meeting have been held in China in succession, PATA annual meeting, APEC meeting, the central Africa BBS,which greatly improved the Chinese industrial status in the world. At the same time, many conference which have being mushroomed like various training conference with commercial purpose could bring a huge economic benefit. However, the meeting market developed so fast that our meeting management theory could not meet the requirement of the development. Especially there are few documents about the influence factors research of the meeting customer satisfaction. So this paper will from the angle of attendee to discuss the influence factors of meeting customer satisfaction. Analysis the meeting products, meeting format, professionalization of the meeting, and combining the influence the degree of customer satisfaction with the consumption demand of attendee, then give some propose.The main content of this article are as follows:Chapterl, review the present situation of the development of the meeting industry, combined with the research objective to build research framework. Chapter2, review the previous research from the meeting industry, customer satisfaction and the meeting customer satisfaction then sum up the customer satisfaction influence theoretical basis. Chapter 3, overview and summarizes various classic customer satisfaction degree evaluation model, then combined the object of medical conference and compare advantages and disadvantages of the different relevant models then construct medical conference customer satisfaction influence factors mode, put forward that the product content, form of meeting and meeting specialized level as main factor of the this meeting. And then combined with the selected Elsevier medical training meeting for empirical research design, the design includes sample selection, the questionnaire and data analysis method. Chapter 4, empirical research data analysis, summarizes the basic characteristics of the sample by descriptive statistics method; Using the exploratory factor analysis(EFA) to find the meeting affecting factors then using confirmatory factor analysis to test the relationship between the hypothesis factor; contrast with the different satisfaction of Beijing and Shanghai participants using the variance analysis; explore the different demand of attendance between Beijing and Shanghai. Chapter 5, according to the empirical analysis of Elsevier medical training satisfaction research, combined with the customer demand then give some suggestion. Chapter 6, summarizes the existing problems and limitations.
