General Flat Television Receiver Solution Research And Application Based On Trident SVP-EX Digital Process Chip

Digital is a new technical revolution in the world, it’s the final approach of the broadcast television. Television technology is combining with digital technology to continue create new production. Television is developing along with digital way, which makes the television have more development and more extensive solution. Traditional analog television is processed by digital technology, it will solve many limitations which exist in analog television. And in display area, traditional CRT displayer has many defects like need more space, large radiation etc. However, new flat display technology can solve these defects.And this paper studied currently newest television receiver solution, and provides a general television receiver solution which based on Trident the fifth era digital process chip.In the paper, we studied SVP-EX solution hardware, and software. In software design, we apply MVC design pattern into embedded system, and we also provide a uniform driver modes.
