Accurate measurement of the furnace temperature is an important topic for safety and stabilization of the furnace running and optimize the combustion process. But because of the instantaneous changes, random on flow, huge size of the devices and foul environment of the industrial combustion process, it is difficult to measure the furnace temperature on-line. Now no large-scale visualization measuring method for furnace temperature is efficient in China. So more accurate and credible measuring technique is needed. A new type acoustic of temperature measurement system based on correlation analyse is designed in this thesis.The paper is written by the statement how the acoustic pyrometer finish the measurement of the flight time of acoustic waves. The system structure of the acoustic pyrometer is introduced in detail and the circuit and the flow chart are provided in the paper. In addition, the paper gives a detailed explanation on the principle of each part of the pyrometer. The complexity considered in the industrial locale, a series of measures are taken in designing the circuit. It makes the application possible that the pyrometer measure the temperature in the industrial locale. Through the experiment, I explored noise signal frequency width, the microphone installment position, the correlation analysis and algorithm integral points which can enables the system examination performance to achieve the most superior. In order to enhance the system examination the sensitivity, the paper produced one kind of simple interpolation algorithm. I Discover the rule when the integration time and the sound wave flight time compared to is bigger than 2.5, then could obtain the correct result. This article fully studied the influence measuring accuracy primary factor, and using linear return means carried on the revision to the system error.The experimental results indicate that the system can measure well and truly time(can distinguish 10 us) of flight of the sound wave in noisy environment, the peak of the cross correlation function is remarkable, the ability to resist interference is strong and it can...
