SVW-POLO Car Door Control System Based On LIN Bus

Going with the technology innovation and the increasing demand to the vehicle performance, the automotive electronic systems are used more and more widely. To satisfy this trend, vehicle network emerges. LIN Bus, as a low-cost network, is just one of the rising automotive network technologies.This research, as one of sub-project of“Development and Manufacturing of Anti-pinch Door Windows Based on Bus Technology”provided by STCSM (Science &Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality), provides a solution of the car door control system based on LIN bus for SVW-POLO. It presents the general frame of the system and chooses the chip according to its price and performance. Then the software and hardware design are given with the consideration of system reliability and electromagnetic compatibility.This system is orientated towards industrial application of new technologies. Now the system can drive the real motors of windows, locks, mirrors and relative lights of SVW-POLO. Further more, a series of industrial test plan has been made. Through further industrial validation, this system can be applied in the body manufacturing and replace the existing one. It will establish a solid foundation for Chinese automotive industry to develop automotive network technology.
