The Modular Software Design Of Machine Vision Detection System

With the constantly update and development of manufacture technology,more and more high precision equipment applied to detection of shaft parts,at present, Some domestic manufacturing industry is still using the. traditional manual testing methods measurement with low efficiency,poor reliability,and low accuracy. These drawbacks result in great distress in the production process for the enterprise.In order to solve this problem of poor detection accuracy artificial,the application of high-precise parts visual inspection equipment for non-contact measurement has been widely applied to machinery and equipment companies,favored by the business.Software modular design is a new kind of design thought based on the traditional software design.The product design principle is:On the basis of different functions or the same function,different properties and different specifications of the software product within a certain range of functional analysis,divide and design a series of functional modules.The modular software not only accelerates the speed of business change and enhance enterprises competitiveness,but also change the company’s management.In the brutal market competition,the using of modular products becomes extremely important.In this paper,combined with the actual needs of the project,referring to a large number of documents and optimization based on the basis of previous shaft size detection software on the initial software for some of the problems that exist in the system software has a modular design and code.The system reduces system operating time and improves system stability.This paper includes the following aspects:(1)Describe the size of computer vision technology to detect application status and trends, given the significance of research on the subject of research and development, and a brief introduction to the detection system consist of hardware platform.(2)On the basis of the hardware platform,software architecture of the system were analyzed, and put forward to optimize the content,and gives the modular design ideas, On the basis of deeply analysis of the early stage of the shaft parts size detection software,function module is divided into different categories,such as User management module,motion controller module,positioning module size, Size detection module,Through a combination between the modules,given the target modified up period.(3)After the software is given modular operating results of the system,while the system interface structure and pre-optimized code, and with the previous system uptime and inspection results are compared to forther illustrate the stability of a modular system and after software efficiency further improved.
