This pa per is based on sina weibo, focus on the research of news feed ads——Fen Si Tong.The news feed ads of sina weibo comes from SNS platform, which takes the soci al communication platform as the leadership. It has essential difference from the elect ric business platform since it appears. At the same time, sociability is the core compet ence of sina weibo when it competes with other traditional electric business platform. Therefore, when research the news feed ads of weibo, the commerce pattern must be t aken in consider, and also the sociability.
