The rapid development of information technology, to increase the energy utilization, improve the efficiency of allocation of energy resources, to promote the traditional industry upgrade in a higher level and structure optimization, improve the economic operation and management ability, will play a positive role. Adopt modern scientific management methods and means for the scientific management of energy, to improve the efficiency of energy utilization, reduce energy consumption, implement reasonable development and utilization of energy resources, has the very vital significance.The energy consumption data management and Visual analysis software system of Jinan Cigarette Factory take cigarette production energy data as the core of the management object. By the currently advanced B/S network model, it have achieved the visualization and the standardization of the energy data. According to the three level of the data measurement from the factory level、 workshop level and terminal consumption level, in addition to the scientific method of calculation, the system have further improved the energy management and control efforts. Also, by means of data chart, the system have established energy control and warning mechanism directly. Through the calculation and warning of each energy data, it makes the precision management of energy come true, which reflects the three-in-one energy analysis of productivity、energy supply and energy analysis, and a new model of management and control.Combined with the current production energy situation of Jinan Cigarette Factory, the system divides the visual data into three module:report query、energy query and EEMS. Each module can provide the energy consumption of data query by shifts, by type and by query data from the factory level、workshop level and terminal consumption level, which provides convenience to the administrator and the energy monitoring personnel for the management of energy point. Also, it provides decision-making for the production process and improves the efficiency and quality of the production energy consumption data to some degree, which enhance the control of energy waste like the leakage.This system adopts the current popular B/S mode, which realizes the data management of the user login management, login information query, shift management, data query based on the function of tree structure, data optimization and validation, in addition to the module and function design of the SQL database access, EXCEL derived data and the chart control.Based on the Microsoft Visual Studio2005as a development platform, this system uses mainstream development tools SQL Server databases to develop and uses IIS to release the web sites. Before the development, we have already analyzed the system by case diagram, E-R diagram and data task function diagram, which realized the function of system report query module, curved query module, data query module, system management module and management query module.Application of this system in industrial production will improve the management efficiency of various energy, strengthen the analysis efforts of enterprise in energy data and improve the level of energy monitoring, which will have a certain reference value in the energy control and management of the industrial enterprises.
