With the context of the Shenzhen floating women of childbearing age management work, proposing shortcomings of some similar systems used for the management of the floating women of childbearing age in Shenzhen City. For technology, the system is based on B/S framework, studying structs2technology based on the J2EE platform in the implementation process, the database uses SQL SERVER2008, designing core business and interface in the process of system implementation, and making specific implementation technologies and methods.The user role of the Shenzhen floating women of childbearing age management system is system administrator, and the system design and implement six modules:the influent population management module, the effluent population management, individual case information inquiry, monitoring management module, statistical analysis module, and investigation and notification management module. The influent population management achieves three sub-functions, registration of influent population, influent information maintenance and influent population maintenance (batch). The effluent population management achieves four sub-functions, registration of effluent population, effluent information maintenance, effluent population maintenance (batch), and individual case information cancel. Individual case information inquiry achieves three sub-functions, fine query, rigid conditions query, and composition conditions query. Monitoring management achieves three sub-functions, investigation query, notification query of information of management services, and subscriber application query. Statistical analysis achieves six sub-functions, filling and recording reports, auditing reports, querying reports and summarizing reports for the national tables, and flow distribution statistics and custom statistics. Investigation and notification management achieves two sub-functions, investigation management and notification management.At present, the system has been operated successfully in Shenzhen City. After running, the system can enhance the efficiency of government and facilitate administrators to keep abreast of the relevant circumstances of the floating women of childbearing age management in Shenzhen. |
