The Design And Implementation Of University Student Sunshine Marathon Management System For Chongqing

With social progress and economic development, people’s quality of life has been greatly improved, but the people’s physique has shown a downward trend, especially college students. In order to improve the physical health of teenagers, the Ministry of Education carry out the slogan of sun long-distance run. However, because there is no effective implementation and monitoring mechanism, it’s hard to get accurately statistical analysis of the situation of university students participating in sun long-distance run, and university students can not consciously join sun long-distance run. In response to this phenomenon, Chongqing aims to develop a sun long-distance run management system for the college students in Chongqing City, to effectively regulate the college students to join the sun long-distance run through electronic information management system.The system is developed based on domestic and related systems. In order to ensure the efficient operation, the overall design of the system is based on B/S framework, using the MVC design pattern, the development language is JAVA, and adopting MySQL database because of its advantage of data scalability, data stability and applicability, etc..The sun long-distance run management system for the college students of Chongqing City has five modules, basic information management module, path setting module, fingerprint registration module, transaction processing module and query analysis module. Basic information management module includes five sub-functions school information management, college information management, student information management, checkpoint information management and terminal equipment information management; path setting module includes two sub-functions, viewing path information and path setting processing; fingerprint registration module includes three sub-functions, preparation for fingerprint registration, login system and login fingerprint information; transaction processing module includes two sub-functions, fault declaration and performance appeal; query analysis module includes three sub-functions, sport performance inquiry, sport record inquiry and statistical analysis.The system has now been adopted by many colleges and universities in Chongqing, and after effectively running, the management system for sun long-distance run greatly facilitate the digital management of participation of students in sun long-distance run in Chongqing colleges and universities, and also effectively supervise the college students participating in long-distance running to improve physical fitness.
