A Study Of Network Teaching And Training Method And System Building For Qingdao Mobile Company

With the development of the Internet, network teaching’s application is more widely. Learners can study at home and learn at any time or anywhere. Network teaching has many advantages:such as educational content is rich, teaching time and space is broad, the process and the effect of teaching is good, the relationship between teachers and students is multiple, the teaching method is variety and so on. However, most of the network teaching systems have shortcomings in resource sharing and storage, online interaction and the evaluations of network teaching. There are five purposes to study this paper. The first one is using the cloud storage technology to manage a large number of learning materials. The second one is using P2P and BBS to strengthen the collaboration awareness and communication between students. The third one is using the objective scoring mechanism to promote students’ interest. The last one, but not the least one is using intelligent learning management system to arrange diversified learning content and learning programs.The network teaching system in this paper was based on cloud computing and P2P technology, instructed by the constructive theory, collaborative learning theory and humanist learning theory, solved by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the concept map. This system can effectively solve the problems of resources sharing and storage, also can provide fast, high quality and safe learning materials. And it also improve interaction of the existing system. It is conveniently to interact between teachers and students.This paper has carried out from the following four aspects:First, by studying the background and current status of network teaching, we come to the significance of the network teaching system, and we also obtained the problems and shortcomings of it.Second, aim to the problems and shortcomings of the network teaching system, firstly, we described the popular cloud computing and P2P technology which have the great advantage of resource sharing and collaborative work in detail. Secondly, we introduced cloud computing and P2P technology to the design of the network teaching system. At last, we built a network teaching system based on cloud computing and P2P technology.Finally, through the analysis of the demand for network teaching platform, we give the system architecture design, page structure design and database design,etc. Through the analysis of the detailed design of the system, we described the various functional modules of the system. By testing the system, we can see the site system is feasible.
