The Design And Implementation Of Macroeconomic Detection Prediction System For Dongli District

The monitoring and forecast macroeconomic in the related management of the government have been on the agenda for a long time, but the traditional way of monitoring and prediction analysis is not only inefficient, but also influenced by subjective factors, so it is not good for the government’s decision of economic development. According to the problems and deficiencies of macroeconomic forecasting management department of Dongli area, this paper is focus on developing a system. And this system could meet the needs of the staff, and provide effective decision-making information for the government’s economic policy makers of Dongli area.The macroeconomic detection prediction system for Dongli Area adopts B/S architecture to perform the business functions, and developed by using classic MVC development mode, which could save the time of developing this system to make the system maintenance in the late work simpler. The system uses SQL_SERVER2008database software and it can realize persistent storage of data steady. On the technical architecture, according to the business functional requirements, this system is divided into three layers of design and development, which include the presentation layer, the business layer and the data layer. The paper perform the process of the development with a large number of charts, such as the use case diagram and use case description table in the system demand analysis stage. During the system design phase, the paper analyzed the class diagram and the class description method table for every function, and described the dealing process of pivotal business logic with sequence diagram. This paper designed and analyzed the system using information table structure.According to the research analysis for the macroeconomic monitoring management department, the main business function for macroeconomic detection prediction system for Dongli area includes economic monitoring management, project monitoring and control management, expert repository management, target management and system management, etc. The economic monitoring management business mainly includes the management of monitoring subject, the management of the monitoring and prediction, project analysis, expert perspective and climate early warning, etc. And the project monitoring and control includes project management, project progress report information query, district (city) country major statistics and main project progress statistics and so on.The system can provide application platform and analysis tool for the macroeconomic monitoring forecast analysis for the government, and provide data support for the macroeconomic policy makers, which could help the macroeconomic monitoring forecast work of Dongli government into a new era.
