In order to improve quality management level and work efficiency of primary processing in the Guiyang cigarette factory, create excellent cigarette factory, our factory introduced the advanced SPC technology, and developed SPC with the characteristics of production technology of Guiyang cigarette factory on the basis of the SPC technology.In the process of writing the paper, it first introduced the technology of SPC and system development; secondly, according to the results of demand research to the process quality monitoring management of Guiyang cigarette factory, it using UML modeling language to carry on the detailed needs analysis of the system. In detail, the main business process is analyzed by using activity diagram, and function demand analysis is done by using use case diagram from the angle of the user. As a result of the function demand analysis, the system is divided into six modules: data collection management, basic data management, quality control management module, exception management, statistical analysis of quality management and system management. The system design phase, the design of system frame and the architecture of function is done first, and the system function is designed in each module. The functional architecture of each module is designed by using package diagram, specific operation using package diagram, operation steps according to the time sequence using sequence diagram. The part of database design are include describe the relationship among the tables by using ER diagram and the data table is described in detail. The system get the underlying data through the Web Service program by creating interfaces with other systems access as the data platform of SPC system; it is application of SSH open source technology based on JAVA language to development and design from the data layer, business logic layer, view layer three levels using B/S structure. Through construction the SPC system of Guiyang cigarette factory, staff can control silk production ability of the whole system. It change the traditional theory of quality, the attention is from the results to the process control. It can monitoring the real-time data which from different data system in the production processing and automatically warning and alarm; you can also use a variety of statistical analysis tool to carry on the statistical analysis to the production data, thus put forward the improvement measures according to the process flow. As a result, it can realize the process control, reduce the cost, and improve the quality.
