Device-to-Device (D2D) communication is a technology that enables devices tocommunicate directly without using an infrastructure of eNodeB. But eNodeBs stilltransmit control signaling to D2D users, in order to achieve interference control andbilling management. D2D communication has been proposed in LTE (Long TermEvolution) system which can improve the spectral efficiency and network capacity. However, it will cause interference when D2D users share the same spectrum resourcewith cellular users. This paper aims to solve the problems about interference and resourceallocation.Firstly, this paper proposes a new SPS resource reuse algorithm which considersboth intra-cell interference and inter-cell interference between D2D and cellular links.Compared with the common algorithms which only consider intra-cell interference, thisnew algorithm tallies with the actual situation better. Due to the particularity of SPSresource, the new resource reuse algorithm is much easier. The simulation results showthat this scheme can guarantee the performance of cellular users, reduce interference andimprove throughput.Secondly, taking the user’s satisfaction into account, we propose a resourceallocation algorithm based on the D2D data rate requirements. Due to the reasonableallocation of resource, we can achieve the user requirements with the least resource. Thisalgorithm not only guarantees the user’s satisfaction but also improves the resourceutilization rate. Finally, a D2D resource allocation algorithm based on game theory is proposed. Wepropose a utility function about system interference, then we find a potential function, and prove that the game model is a potential game, so we can prove the existence of Nashequilibrium. Simulation results show that this algorithm has good performance inconvergence as well as system throughput, and also improves system level fairness.
