Management Of Archives Crisis

Archives in the middle of the natural environment and the social environment,faced with frequent emergencies and crises. How to enhance the ability of resolving thecrises in archives is the focus of research. The author introduced the basic theory ofarchives crisis, the necessity of the research and the subject on present situation. Andthen the general flow of Archives of crisis management and specific strategies arediscussed.The paper is divided into five major sections. The first part is an introduction toexplain the background and significance of this study, difficulties and innovation,research methods and so on. The second part is that the meaning of the Archives of thecrisis, characteristics, life cycle, types are summarized. And explaining the meaning andprinciples of crisis management is be followed in archives management process. Thethird part clarify the present situation of the emergency management in thearchives,introducing the necessity and importance of using the emergency theory in thearchives. The fourth part described the implementation of the crisis management,mainly for the normal management of archives crisis, emergency management andrecovery management. The fifth part discusses the archives crisis management strategy,that sense of crisis management archives, archives of crisis management techniques,archives emergency safeguard measures and crisis management auxiliary mechanisms.
