Research the user efficiency of China’s files for the improvement of this division in theareas of work quality and efficiency. In recent years, when researching the issue of workefficiency, scholars have given rise to data envelopment analysis so that input andoutput indicators can now be set in lakes to acquire their index. In controlling theintrojection and output, we also control the evaluation model. We analyze each variable, thereby in addition to analyzing the quantitative and qualitative properties. We analyzethe effects of file efficiency and have come up with some tactics to improve fileefficiency.First, use DEA to build a DEA for this country’s file user efficiency. We set input andoutput targets directed towards different types of archives to improve the user efficiencyfor these files. Analyzing this information, we obtain three pieces of information:technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and mixed technical efficiency. Afteranalyzing these, we obtain the data for this country’s file user efficiency and use this asa basis of evaluation for the file user efficiency of this country.Secondly, in conjunction with the data obtained from above, analyze the factors affectedby this country’s file user efficiency. These factors include: national policies, laws andregulations, and societal factors. The proposal is to improve tactics for national fileefficiency. We must provide file information services as well as increase propaganda. Finally, improve the DEA model through increase in usage to obtain rationality. Wemust increase the quality of the practitioners and provide them with helpful suggestions. The analysis performed now can be used towards future reference.
