Research And Implementation Of OA For Vocational Technology College

Tianjin Broadcasting TV and Film Institute is the newly vocational college. With developing rapidly, the number of staff is more than400. With the expansion of the institute’s scale, the disadvantages of traditional office appeared gradually, such as work inefficient, announcement and notice is not issued in time. The submission and approval of work is restrained by the relevant personnel time and place. The development of college is seriously restricted by nonstandard management and the low efficiency work. Therefore it’s necessary to establish the OA according with office in the college.The thesis has carried on the detailed analysis of the project demand, and fully collected the relevant data. We surveyed the related vocational colleges for the experience in OA construction. It made up the functions and specifications by the survey. It collected relative tabular data which generated by system for research. The data was analysis by the analysis tools such as use case diagram. In the process of the system realization, it used the object-oriented design method to design classes and objects. It designed modules execution order and the interaction relationship between object by sequence diagram, activity diagram and other UML tools. It realized the logical design of database by ER diagram. In the system implementation phase, it realized the function modules, and gave the implementation process and realization method. Attaches great importance to the test, test content and test steps were given and the results of test were analyzed. Finally, the thesis summarized the experience gained in the process of system development and prospected the system improvement direction.The system was developed by ASP.Net4.0and.Netframework4.0. The database adopted SQL Server2005. The OS was Windows2008Server and the application Server was IIS7.0for website. It developed by Visual Studio2010. All technology belongs to Microsoft series, which reduced the risk of the system development about compatibility.Through the system application, it obviously improved the efficiency of information flow, reduced the burden of the staffs. It regulated the process of information management and optimized the original office process. The system was security and stability. It can satisfy the requirements of the staff. It reached the design target.
