With the development of the Internet, the audio-visual entertainment gradually transfers from TV, the main screen to the second screen, such as laptop, telephone, tablet etc. With the development of Second-screen market, broadcasters are beginning to experiment with2nd screen interaction paired with their TV programs. Several broadcasters are beginning to use the web as the platform to deliver their2nd screen integration applications. Each broadcaster has created its own WebApp making it difficult for the user to keep track of. Although motivated to pursue second-screen interaction, each of these players is bound by corporate boundaries:each broadcaster will make an app with contents for their network only. This directly leads to a fragmented second-screen ecosystem composed of many individual apps.Such a fragmented ecosystem places a large burden upon the user. In order to simply enjoy their entrainment experience, users are required search for, download, and keep track of multiple apps each targeting different TV channels. It is this scenario that TeleBing is targeting. By virtue of being a3rd party in this market we have the ability to transcend corporate boundaries, create a single app supporting all content creators, and deliver a compelling one-stop experience for customers.In order to realize this vision, TeleBing must offer "platform" services to every broadcaster, allowing them to customize a unique experience for their TV programs within TeleBing. The TeleBing CMS system will be the tool that makes this possible.The CMS system for TeleBing is simply described as a web frontend to the TeleBing backend, designed to provide broadcasters direct access to manipulate data regarding their TV programs.The main content of this paper including:1. The Requirement analysis of TeleBing CMS website. First of all we would make statement on the target of the CMS website, and then introduce the website’s functional requirements and the non-functional requirements.2. The design of TeleBing CMS website. This part includes outline design and detailed design. In the outline design part, we mainly introduce the overall architecture of the CMS website, and then divide the website in three modules based on the overall framework, and detailed introduce design of each module. Finally we give the interfaces definitions of each module. In the detailed design part, we introduce the function and the implement of each module by using the UML. And after that, we list main tables in the website DB.3. The implementation and testing of TeleBing CMS website. The CMS website mainly achieves three main functions:the management of account, the management of permission, and the management of show information by using the ASP.NET architecture. Broadcaster administrators could edit and submit information on CMS website to register their own companies’information on the TeleBing platform. We mainly test the function part on CMS website through alpha test and beta test.TeleBing CMS website has the features of stable performance, friendly interface, perfect functionality and easy operation. The website’s implement uses mature website developing technical skills, such as ASP.NET architecture, Windows Azure publishing platform etc. CMS website as a web frontend is an important part of TeleBing platform.TeleBing CMS website has accomplished the main functions, and could support broadcasters to manage their own information. However, there is much room for the web page and the performance to improve.
